Gangs of Gotham: Turn That Frown UpsideDown

This is one of a few edits I did of a picture took of my Harley cosplay at ACen (it was for my first ever contest entry, hopefully it goes okay). We were basically just snapping off pictures in a parking structure, and this one seemed to fit with Harley's "playful" nature.
This one was a bit too over-worked for the contest (it clearly said it wasn't a Photoshop contest), but I liked the grit of it, and I figured I'd put up my efforts on here anyway.
